quality time with loved ones. Waterland, spanning 2.5 acres, is a family-friendly
environment with plenty of space for fun-filled activities. Nature lovers will feel
right at home among the elegant willow trees that hang gently over the estate. There
is also plenty of birdlife to keep ornithologists or general bird enthusiasts excited.
Acorn Cottage, 1 bedroom, sleeps 2
Overview This cottage has a small open-plan lounge and an en-suite bedroom. The
cottage also features a a kichenette with a mini-stove, a private patio & barbeque
area.

Daisy Cottage, 1 bedroom, sleeps 2
Overview The main cottage has 1 upstairs bedroom and a sleeper couch downstairs.
A spacious open-plan lounge / dining room / full kitchen. The bathroom has a bath
and an overhead shower. There is a 2nd bedroom with an en-suite shower with a separate
entrance opening onto a central patio, but attached to the main cottage. It has it's
own TV and fridge so can be let separately or as part of the main cottage.
Bed configuration The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a sleeper
couch downstairs.

Overview Attached to Daisy Cottage as an additional bedroom or seperate unit. Has
an ensuite shower, small fridge and T.V.

Ivy Cottage, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms (main-en-suite).
The one bedroom has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. Open-plan lounge
/ dining room / full kitchen. Private patio & barbecue. This cottage is suitable
for 4 people.
Double and single beds
Rose Cottage, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4. The main cottage has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms
(main-en-suite). The cottage features an open plan lounge / dining room / full kitchen.
There is a 3rd bedroom which is attached to the main cottage but has a separate entrance
for extra privacy and can be rented seperately. Suitable for 4 persons and up to
6 persons with the 3rd suite. The 3rd bedroom has an en-suite shower as well.
The master bedroom and the 3rd bedroom is furnished with double beds and the 2nd
bedroom with 2 single beds.
The Disa Suite, 1 bedroom, sleeps 2. Overlooking the beautiful goose pond. A large
en-suite bedroom with a separate bath & shower, with open-plan lounge area and kitchenette
with microwave. This suite is more upmarket than the cottages. Furnished with twin
beds which can be converted into a king size bed.
The Mallard Suite, 1 bedroom, sleeps 2. Overlooking the beautiful goose pond. A large
en-suite bedroom with separate bath & shower. The suite features an open-plan lounge
area and kitchenette with microwave. More upmarket than the cottages. Furnished
with a double bed.
The Pool Room, 1 bedroom, sleeps 2. This is a bedroom with an en-suite shower. It
features a fridge and tea tray available for all guests. There is a separate entrance
and private patio overlooking the pool as well as barbeque facilities. Furnished
with a double bed.
Willow Cottage, 1 bedroom, sleeps 2. This is a one bedroom cottage with an en-suite
shower. It features a separate small lounge, Kitchenette with mini-stove, private
patio & Barbecue. This cottage is suitable for 2 people. Ample space for an additional
mattress to be added for children. The bedroom is funished with a double bed.
